My name is Bartosz German, and as a personal trainer and physiotherapist in Warsaw’s Wola district, I’ve been helping people build strong, capable, and healthy bodies for years. I have hundreds of hours of training behind me, dozens of body transformations, and countless stories in which my clients not only regained their fitness but also got rid of pain and physical limitations.

Training doesn’t have to be a grind or just another obligation. It can be satisfying, energizing, and genuinely improve your quality of life. All it takes is a well-tailored plan — matched to your goals, abilities, lifestyle, and what you actually enjoy.

My background in physiotherapy allows me to work both with beginners and with people recovering from injuries or dealing with pain. Thanks to this, personal training becomes not only a path to a better physique, but also a way to build a healthier, more functional body. I especially welcome people from the Wola district.

I believe that anyone can train — you don’t need to be in “perfect shape” to start. All it takes is willingness and taking the first step. My job is to make sure that this journey is safe, effective, and actually enjoyable for you.

This is where I conduct most of my personal training sessions and physiotherapy consultations.
CityFit in Wola is a spacious gym with full equipment, access to free weights, machines, an open training area, and space for functional training. It’s ideal both for working through pain and for building strength and overall fitness.
